QR Code Not Scanning

✅ Common Reasons

Your QR code may fail to scan because of:

  • Poor internet connection

  • Low screen brightness

  • Camera focus issues

  • Device not supporting eSIM

  • Phone locked to a carrier


🔧 Try These Steps

  1. Increase your screen brightness

  2. Clean your camera lens

  3. Make sure you are connected to Wi-Fi

  4. Hold your phone steady while scanning

  5. Open the QR code on another device or screen


📲 Important About eSIM Installation

AzadSIM eSIMs can usually be downloaded multiple times, but once installed, the eSIM becomes linked to the first device used during activation.

This means:

  • The eSIM may not work on another device after installation

  • Reinstalling on a different phone can fail

  • You should avoid testing the QR code on multiple devices

If the QR code still does not scan, you can manually install the eSIM using:

  • SM-DP+ Address

  • Activation Code
