Before purchasing an eSIM, please make sure your device:

  • Supports eSIM technology

  • Is the carrier unlocked

Most newer smartphones support eSIM, but availability may vary by country or network provider.

Even if your phone supports eSIM, it must also be:

  • Network unlocked

  • Not restricted by your carrier

If your device is locked, the eSIM may not activate correctly.


βœ… How to Check if Your Device Supports eSIM

On iPhone

Go to:
​Settings β†’ Mobile Data β†’ Add eSIM

If you see β€œAdd eSIM,” your device likely supports eSIM.

On Android

Go to:
​Settings β†’ Connections / Network β†’ SIM Manager

Look for:

  • Add eSIM

  • Download SIM

  • SIM Manager
