eSIM Says “No Service”

If your AzadSIM eSIM shows “No Service” or “Searching,” don’t worry — this is usually quick to fix.


✅ Try These Steps

  1. Make sure the AzadSIM eSIM is turned ON

  2. Enable Data Roaming

  3. Restart your phone

  4. Toggle Airplane Mode ON/OFF

  5. Ensure AzadSIM is selected for mobile data


🌍 Still No Signal?

Try manual network selection:

iPhone

Settings → Mobile Data → Network Selection

Android

Settings → Mobile Network → Network Operators

Turn OFF automatic selection and try another supported network manually.

Your eSIM will only work in supported destinations included with your plan.
