  • Your destination country

  • Local network coverage

  • Your device compatibility

  • Your selected plan

Not all countries or partner networks currently support 5G.

  • Ensure your device supports 5G

  • Enable 5G in device settings

  • Make sure you are in a 5G coverage area

  • Restart your phone after arrival

In some destinations, your eSIM may connect to:

  • LTE

  • 4G

  • 3G

This is completely normal depending on local network availability.
