We understand travel plans can change. Refund eligibility depends on the status of your eSIM.


✅ Refunds May Be Available If

  • The eSIM was not installed

  • The QR code was not used

  • The device is incompatible

  • There is a confirmed technical issue


❌ Refunds Are Usually Not Available If

  • The eSIM has been activated

  • Data has been used

  • The plan has expired

  • The issue is caused by a locked or unsupported device


💡 Important

Please contact support before deleting your eSIM or purchasing a replacement plan.
